Cancellation and refunds
- Up to 90 days before the event: 100% refund
- Up to 45 days before: 50% refund
- Up to 30 days before: 25% refund

Good to know
- Your batch coordinator allocates rooms.
- Rooms are in IITR guest houses: twin-bedded, two people per room. Check-in 2:00 PM, check-out 12:00 noon.
- Guest houses are simple and not comparable with commercial hotels.
- Children travelling with you do not get separate rooms.
- Pickup and drop from Roorkee railway station on request.
