What the fee covers

• Two nights’ stay on campus and in a hotel
• Lunch for three days, high tea for two, breakfast for two and one dinner
• Live band at the hangar and a gala dinner with DJ at the hotel
• Local transport on campus for three days
• Videography and photography of the whole event
• Welcome kit and a snack basket in your room

Cancellation and refunds

• Up to 90 days before the event: 100% refund
• Up to 45 days before: 50% refund
• Up to 30 days before: 25% refund
• Within 30 days of the event: no refund

Good to know

• Rooms are in IITR guest houses: twin-bedded, two people per room. Check-in 2:00 PM, check-out 12:00 noon.
• Guest houses are simple and not comparable with commercial hotels.
• Children travelling with you do not get separate rooms.
• Pickup and drop from Roorkee railway station on request.
