Cancellation and refunds

• Refunds are made after the event, pro rata, once the reunion’s expenses are met, as the batch coordinator directs.

Good to know

• Rooms are allocated by the batch coordinator in order of registration.
• Rooms are in IITR guest houses: twin-bedded, two people per room. Check-in 2:00 PM, check-out 12:00 noon.
• Guest houses are simple and not comparable with commercial hotels.
• Children travelling with you do not get separate rooms.
• Pickup and drop from Roorkee railway station on request.
